Features: a. ETC temperature control unit is equipped and it fully adopts electric closed-loop control, which performs thermostatic control to oven, sample injector, detector and so on, and temperature control accuracy can be better than ±0.1ºC;
b. EPC pressure control unit is available, which fully adopts electric closed-loop control, and performs constant pressure control to gas carrier 1 (acetylenic carrier), gas carrier 2 (pre-column + acetylenic carrier), gas carrier 3 (total hydrocarbon), hydrogen, air and so on, and pressure control accuracy can be better than ±0.1kPa;
c. Before leaving the factory, the flow in each gas path is calibrated with the soap film flowmeter, and the flow in each gas path can be set. The EPC unit will automatically calculate and control the pressure in the gas path to keep the flow constant;
d. Using the quantitative tube for fixed volume sampling, which has high accuracy, low maintenance, and a long service life;
e. Automatic control of sample injection, sampling and back blowing can be realized by using imported 14-way automatic switching pneumatic without manual intervention;
f. Stainless steel pipe and quantitative pipe inside the instrument are passivated at high temperature to prevent sample adsorption and improve the repeatability and accuracy of detection;
g. Gas sampling adopts three-way solenoid valve, and the quantitative tube is connected with the atmosphere at the moment of sampling, so that the sample gas pressure in the quantitative tube is the same as the atmospheric pressure, so as to ensure the accuracy and stability of the injection volume;
h. Hydrogen flame ionization FID detector is used to detect total hydrocarbon and acetylene, which has the characteristics of low detection limit, high detection accuracy and stable performance, etc.;
i. The analyzer has the functions of automatic pressure control, temperature control, automatic ignition and so on when the analysis software starts after the analyzer is started. When the analysis software is closed before analyzer shutdown, it has the functions of automatic flameout, automatic heating stop, etc., and these functions can be flexibly configured in the analysis software;
j. The instrument can be customized according to the analysis needs of users, including temperature, chromatographic column, detector, etc.;
k. Automatic calibration function allows flexible automatic calibration and quality control points;
l. Industrial personal computer is built in, which could connect the internet with WIFI, and it adopts 12.1-inch capacitive touch screen, which makes the analyzer is easy to look and operate;
m. It supports network port and serial port communication, based on standard Modbus RTU/UDP/TCP protocols, which is convenient for client integration;
n. With relay alarm output and 4-20mA signal far-transmission function, the analyzer is easy to interface with user DCS system;
o. Test components can be customized according to client's needs.
