With the PID parameters self-adjustment function, the instrument could calculate the optimal PID control parameter according to the relation between control output and oxygen concentration sampling input when user performs self-adjustment operation, realizing the accurate and automatic control of oxygen concentration. The whole operation process is easy and convenient; h. The instrument could save protection gas to the maximum, cutting down the maintenance cost of the system effectively; i. With flow measurement function, the instrument could perform instant flow collection and display, calculation, storage (every 10 minutes) and clearance (menu clearance) of accumulating flow; j. The instrument is mainly used for STM main pass nitrogen flow control. When the oxygen concentration in the core temperature zone is too low and proportional valve adjusts flow dynamically, the instrument will fixedly output a basic flow to keep the oxygen concentration in the furnace within the required range; k. Gas inlet and outlet pressure of the proportional valve can be measured; l. With the bypass protection function, the bypass solenoid valve could be opened in time automatically when error occurs in the proportion valve, and pump protection gas into the protection gas furnace. The response is rapid without human intervention, and could reduce the loss resulted by proportion valve error (optional); m. The instrument allows multi-point fractional liner calibration, meeting the need for an accurate measurement of oxygen content among the full range; n. Original imported sampling pump is built in and has a long service life and stable performance; o. No calibration gas is needed and the instrument is not affected by the oxygen concentration of operation environment; p. Power is supplied by alternating current in a wide range and it is more applicable; q. RS232 (default) or RS485 digital communication port can be selected according to clients' requirement, to realize unidirectional or bidirectional communication with computer or other digital communication facilities. r. Upper computer software is available. The software's function includes display in curve, data storage, analyzer parameters setting, etc.Application:
